    Title: Ferryman Khary of Harvest: no quest
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? ???
    Details: Khary is on the compass as "Hire a boat in Harvest" all blue and sparkly. Harvest itself is sparkly too. Yet he has no new lines and no quest and does not allow to hire a boat saying that I have to be on "official business". I remember doing this quest a long time ago and I have on my avatar "Royal Norgard Writ of Passage".
