    Details: increasing intelligence reduces the effectiveness (success chance) of Dazzling Rays
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. unlock dazzling rays in the sun tree
    2. mouse over dazzling rays and note the success chance % on tool-tip
    3. increase your intelligence by either equipping an item, drinking a potion or casting Enlightenment on yourself
    4. mouse over dazzling rays and note the success chance % on tool-tip
