4. Details:Quest will not begin unless you speak to Abigail first. If you locate Abigail's daughter first and then speak to Abigail, Abigail (nor the avatar) can discuss the Avatar has found Charlotte yet. Quest (presumably) should be "reverse" completable, e.g. not requiring to have to speak to Abigail first then speak to Charlotte, then speak to Abigail. Speaking to Charlotte first (and getting her mother's name) should be sufficient when you talk to Abigail for the first time.
