Switching Private to Multi not working

    Title: (Southern Grunvald Barrens) Not switching from Private to Multiplayer mode properly
    Reproduction Rate:100%

    Details: Switching from Private mode to multiplayer in Southern Grunvald Barrens places you back in private mode (but displays as multi). I thought it was odd that the dragon was never spawned, but figured it out when I recalled back to the guild POT and noticed that there were no others players in the zone despite them telling me they were all in multi. A switch back to private and then back to multi in the POT corrected it. This is an issue in release 52 & 53. I haven't tested any other adventure scenes.
    Steps to Reproduce: Switch from Private mode to multiplayer in Southern Grunvald Barrens.
