    Title: Virtue Banners (from the quests) are missing sigils
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? N
    Details: The 13 banners from the quests (Justice, Compassion, etc) are missing the sigils (icons) for the respective virtues, etc.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    - find a place where the banners are displayed
    - you see the color of the banner but the sigil (icon) is missing
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 661 @ 3.33GHz (4) System RAM: 12222
