Carpentry Skill requirement broken?

Trying to learn the recipes for the craft-able houses.. It says "requires carpentry level 70" in red.. The problem is that my carpentry is halfway to 72.. Am I mistaken or is this a bug?

 

I had learned the recipes a day or two ago. Last night, I crafted the timber and tried to craft a house, but the craft button would not light up, even though I had the recipe. So I crafted other things and leveled the carpentry skill to 40, but it still would not craft any of the houses at a Founder table (regular carpentry hammer). I didn't see a message to indicate what was wrong.

 

It says you have to be level 70.. But I'm almost to level 72.

 

Thanks. I wasn't finding that. I wondered if it was 60; good to know it's 70.
