    Title: Inner strength not stacking
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: when casting Inner Strength, either a single glyph or a 5 glyph stack, it does not make any difference
    Steps to Reproduce: Cast Inner Strength with only one charge (glyph) and then try a full charge (5 glyph) and at level 98 I get 23.5 Str bonus for 1:45 in both case
