    Title: Laura in Resolute doesn't know about advanced techniques
    Reproduction Rate: 1/1
    Blocker? Y - for new players
    Details: Unlike other skill trainers, Laura does not know about advanced techniques so new players on Courage path cannot unlock utility hotbar etc.
    Steps to Reproduce: Talk to trainer, observe lack of option
    User Specs:
