Link from Beran's Reach POT to Elad's Lighthouse is one way

    Details:

    There's a link from a boat in the new Beran's Reach location to Brittany Wharfs. However, there is no returning link in Brittany Wharfs.

    I would expect there to be another boat on the docks (or something similar) to provide a way back.


    Steps to Reproduce:

    - Go to Beran's Reach
    - Use the orange sailed "Boat to Nearby Towns" to go to Elad's Lighthouse
    - There are several grey-sailed boats nearby, for POTS, but none that go back to Beran's Reach
