Title: Decoration Palette Doesn't Handle Picking up POT Lot Markers

Details: It is possible to drag a POT lot marker to your inventory from the POT Decorate Palette, the result is a hovering, overlapping lot with a lot of screen bugs. (I'd call this a Critical bug except that it effects only a very small number of players.)

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Enter POT with governor or steward access
2) Open Decorate Palette without standing on a lot
3) Identify a marker, then drag it into your inventory.
4) Observe: Both the interface fails and the marker appears in your inventory.
a) A lot marker appears overhead
b) The item count bar at the bottom remains up
c) All lot markers appear highlighted as you run around the POT
d) Afterwards the Palette stops working.

(Note: I might have already had the marker in my inventory, wish I had a time machine to make sure but if you can't reproduce that step, it may be because I already had one.)

The Deco Palette has been removed from the client. This feature will be re-introduced in a later release. Please re-post if you are still seeing it.
