98% loading crash into Serenite (Grunvald Region)

    I see there is a 98% bug report for a lot of zones. Serenite is a POT in the Grunvald Region.

    This happens almost every time I use a recall scroll to the town (I am bound there). Game crashes. I reload the game and "Resume" into Serenite.

    Let me know if you need any other information.
