    Title: Ask Harry About Red Cloth - Not Advancing
    Reproduction Rate: untested
    Blocker? Unsure how to reset quest
    Details: When trying to deduce details of fire during quest, talking to townspeople suggested I speak to Martin or Harry. Speaking to Martin 2nd I got an update to speak with Harry about red cloth, but speaking with him about the same doesn't advance the quest.
    Steps to Reproduce: Spoke with Harry first, possibly.

    In the meantime, let me ask you this...

    Did you talk to Raymond the refugee yet? If not, go find him in the Refugee Camp and say "fire" to him. Then go back to Harry the guard and pick up where you left off.
