[Not a bug] Removing row house from row lot - not possible?

    Details/Steps to Reproduce:
    I wanted to use the row lot for planting (flowers? bushes? trees?).

    After changing house to "Empty Lot" and accepting it, it tells, the change will take a while.
    But the row house isn't vanishing ...
    I tried it yesterday evening - today the houses are still there ...

    Houses can not be removed from Row Lots.

    Think of Ardoris... if they allowed that, the city would be a mess of planters instead of what it is supposed to be. And also, as Laz stated, its by design and been that way since the inception of the row lot.

    At least - even if it would not be allowed to plant - it would be nice to fading out the row house(s) ...

    [About the "mess of planters" - there are people talking about a "mess of house decorations" around ;)]

    However, this is, what I supposed. It's just confusing to have the function "Empty Lot" ...
