Title: Reassemble the Vermillion Lens suddenly entered journal while doing Crooked Shank quest
Reproduction Rate: Unknown, I can't do the Crooked Shank quest again?
Blocker? Not Sure?
Details: While finishing one of the quests in Crooked Shank (It was either after opening the door of the prisoner, or talking to the prisoner or when getting the key from the body upstairs) the "Reassemble the Vermillion Lens" journal entry entered my journal. I am not even on that quest for the lens? I don't even know where the Grannus Collosal statue even is (I have never been there).
Steps to Reproduce: Be in Party Mode, and do the quests upstairs involving the Prisoners in Crooked Shank.

Of note: The below information is just my specs and the map this happened on. NOT when it happened (sorry). I WAS at the time this happened, in Party Mode.
