Rotating Items Vertically needs to be mapped on the controls page

I am in the process of moving stuff and was trying to place Pages on a bulletin Board but they are Flat when placed. I believe the "rotate Vertically" was something like Ctrl "R" but since I had that mapped to something else I now cannot rotate items vertically. I am not going to reset all my controls as I actually have no idea how many changes I made and I should not have to struggle thru copying all my commands or take pictures so I can redo them just to get "Rotate Vertically" reset or remapped. (( I know I could go down the list and make alt same as primary but, should not have to))

So yes this is critical since placing it no the Options menu should have happened long ago, immediately after they used keys that could have been reset.

BTW I have already cleared "ctrl R" so it is not used anywhere on my list but since "Rotate Vertically" is not there I have no idea how to get it back.

@Weins201, the thing that you'll need to remap to r is "start glyph combo". there's a long-standing jira to seperate start glyph combo and rotate deco, but they are still currently bound to the same key.

TY still needs to be fixed on the option menu, should not take that long, took 5 seconds to break it.
