[Known] Delay in mining

    1. Reproduction Rate: 80%
    2. Blocker?
    3. Details: Sometimes when you mine a node your character will take an extra swing after you loot causing a delay before you can move again. Only started since release 40.
    4. Steps to Reproduce: happens when mining after looting if you loot asap after mining then try to move about 1/3 time.
    5. User Specs: intel i7 4700HQ 2.40Ghz, 16GB ram, 64 bit, Nvidia GTX860M
