[Known] Spellbinder's stance does nothing at all

    1) Doesn't speed up casting, doesn't remove resistance/avoid. Basically does nothing.
    2) 100%
    3) No
    4) Tried to cast it multiple times (build 705), does nothing.
    5) Cast spellbinder's stance

    You do get card draw speed, but without the casting speed, that means nothing.
