Time Zone/Play time

So with a bunch of feedback i read on forums about R50 making changes i went ahead and logged in. To my surprise the game still felt much the same to me as it did prior to persistence AND the population seemed quite low. Now personally i play pacific time and was in the evening. When using /who command i only saw say maybe 10 people? AND that was just in the /who menu i saw exactly 1 person on the overhead map. So im just curios what are the popular times usually? Is around 10 people in an area or zone whatever /who checks typical? Or is that considered busy? thanks!

 

I'm fairly sure that /who is zone only. I doubt there is a user available command for server population. I suspect that most people are tucked away in some little corner of their favorite T5 taxiing their way to the end.

 

I play in the Middle European time zone and yesterday there were a lot of friends online.
Much more than normal.
