Ardoris mirror

    Was in Ardoris0 looking for NPC, came across a mirror that my icon turned green when over so I clicked. Took me to screen where I presume I could change appearance of avatar. Got to the end hit finish message popped up asking if I was sure, clicked that I was but nothing happened - couldn't get out of that window. Used task manager to hard quit the game. Info below is after fact but where mirror is located.
