no spawn in encounters

    There is no respawn in encounters it seems. You can see chopped trees and still growing cotton, thats all.
    Build 840
    tested different encounters in open and party

    It's also affecting the mines too. The problem began with build 840. I went to bed and 8hrs later it is still here.
