Encrypted books, hidden quest?

Hello guys!, I'm guessing some of you have crossed paths with encrypted books, the ones with letters and numbers only...

Has anyone cracked the code or is there a trail to follow?

Some of us have cracked that code and have decrypted all of the available letters... but they seem to be just vague messages that don't really mean anything. They all seem to hint at some sketchy group that is trying to keep something secret... but the only commonality to them seems to be the person who signs them. They don't lead you to anywhere specific, but perhaps if you bump into the proper NPC in-game and ask about the author of the letters... maybe it will lead to a secret quest? (That is speculation and not confirmed as far as I know.)

Also, the fact that only a handful of letters has appeared leads us to speculate that the Dev who was working on them is no longer with Portalarium and/or it's simply an unfinished quest or just something to add mystery to the game in some way.
