    Title: Quest can not be complate. And you can't buy anything when you have 12 raw cotton.
    Reproduction Rate: I have same issue about three days, still continue
    Blocker? You can still buy things another merchants.
    Details: Create two spools of thread quest can not be complate, quest stucked. I have "12 raw cotton and 2 spools of Cotton threads" on me, which is only recipt on my book. And you can't buy anything or can not be any other conversion with him when you have 12 raw cotton on yourself. Also Textile Station glowing continuously because quest can not be complate.
