Details: If you drag any window in-game(inventory, skills window, paper doll, etc), the mouse cursor will move at about half the speed of the window being dragged. This will look like the window being dragged is running away from the mouse cursor.
Steps to Reproduce: Click and hold the mouse button to drag a window. Start at the far end of one side of the screen, and move the window to other side slowly to see the full effect.
