Title: Possible incorrect masterwork value being displayed or wrong
Reproduction Rate: 3/3 bows crafted had this problem

Details: When applying different masterworks (I have only tested weapon crit damage and aimed shot) the value that is added is not added to the total value correctly. This could be a visual bug or may be the actual value, I don't know. Not sure if this is affecting other item types/effects as well - I only tested bows. See pictures below for examples.

Steps to Reproduce: Masterwork a bow and try aimed shot and weapon crit damage and check the stats.

Actually now that I look at it, it looks like the value being added to the total is being halved, I am seeing this when enchanting items as well (i.e. add +6 dexterity, only 3 gets added to the total). But this only appears to happen if the stat is already on the item, such as is the case with the imbued bow strings which add stats.
