    Title: Cannot move pets used as deco on a lot after placement.

    Details: Cannot move pets used as deco on a lot after placement. The only thing you can do to it is right click and "Pickup NPC Item to Inventory".
    Steps to Reproduce: Place a pet as deco in or around a house. Attempt to move the pet marker.

    There are some improvements coming down the road that will make moving NPCs easier. Specifically, those who cannot see their pets. For now though, we are aware of the current behavior. New tasks are in the works that will make this 'bug' obsolete.
    The same thing happens to practice dummys on lots BTW. That behavior is currently on live, but players will begin to experience this with pets until we have completed all the improvements. It will be better, I promise!
