[Known] Fortify defences does not apply the critical damage protection when activated after a crit

    Title: Fortify defences does not apply the critical damage protection when activated after a crit
    Reproduction Rate:
    Blocker?
    Details: Fortify defences is supposed to have a 2ndary effect when activated after being a victim of a critical hit. This part of the skill doesn't work. It doesn't work on live either and didn't with R51. It's been reported on live several times.
