    Details: Mayor Hinkley in Blood Bay will add the [PVP] text to your name if you give him your proper name when asked what your name is.
    Steps to Reproduce: Talk to the mayor and give him your proper name then talk to him more.

    Looks like we got this fixed on QA 668. There was a prior bug report on this that should have addressed this recently.
