laggy

    we downloaded free trial to try game and cant play its laggy and can only click on 1 thing like boby or door ect .in order to click on another I have to log out and back in .same thing on mu hubbys .its not are internet connection caz we play other rop games like world of Warcraft .any suggestion on what or how to fix

    my processor is intel r core is 3330cpu @ 3.00 ghz 8.00 gb 64 bit op x4 bit pro im 8.1 windows

    Hi,
    you can use /bug in the chat window. That will copy your system spec to the clipboard. You can also use this without actually reporting a bug.

    In low frame rate situations double-click on something may not work, but you can use 'E' (default key binding) instead.

    If i understand it right your system has 8 GByte of memory. While this is minimum spec the game actually demands about 12 GByte. It is very likely that your system uses swapspace. On slow HDDs this can hurt performance badly, especially if the game and the swapspace resides on the same HDD.

    not shure what your saying I play world od Warcraft and d$d and other online games no problem

    The minimum specs to run this game are much higher than World of Warcraft.

    Either add 8 GByte of main memory or use a SDD at least for the swap partition / pagefile.sys.

    And please use /bug within the game in the chat window and paste it here. So we know your system specs.
