Title: Crafting Wood Pulp from Scrap not training Efficient Refine Materials - Milling

Details: My Efficient Refine Materials - Milling skill seems stuck at level 46. I have the skill set to Training (green up arrow) and as I'm crafting Wood Pulp from Scrap my crafting pooled experience is increasing. It seems to me that if the skill were training my crafting pooled experience should be decreasing.
Steps to Reproduce: Use Wood Pulp from Scrap milling skill

@Zeetocht, wood pulp is in the misc section of the milling recipes, not the refined materals section. only those recipes will train those skills.
