Title: Marlins part of the quest wont go away, Drumple wont finish his part of the quest

Details: Buddy was doing the same quest with me. No matter what he said to marlin, his part of the quest would not complete, yet he had steps to speak to Kyle and eventually confront Drumplemouth for the last time. Best we can guess is that he forgot to pick up the letter from drumple in one of the houses. We went back and picked it up but Marlin still would not talk to him and clear his part of the quest. Drumple also said he didnt have time to talk to Rogosh and shoo'd him off even though he has the final task of the quest on his log.

Steps to Reproduce: We dont know. Try doing the quest and picking up the letters from drumplemouth out of order or not at all.
