Children killed in Ardoris, quest order issue

    Reproduction Rate: Once per char so can't test.
    Blocker? Stops the Quest "Speak with Tanya" from the being updated
    Details: See steps to reproduce, talking with Tanya now does not update the quest in the journal
    Steps to Reproduce: Meet Tanya first and learn from her about the black arrow and death of her son, then speak to someone (?) else in Ardoris who tells you about the killing and gives your the quest "Speak with Tanya"
