    Why is it that when approached the compass icon pointing ahead vanishes?!

    Think this pretty much nailed it.

    When arriving at the destination, the location/area where the compass icon vanishes, there is no "Lair/Cave of the Queen brown wolf spider" highlighted or sighted! :mad:

    perhaps you are above it. just before it vanishes, is there a little brown arrow on it animating pointing down?

    I'm not clear about the issue here. Are you talking about a blue marker on your compass that appeared when you were given a task to go there, and it disappeared when you got there? If so, that might have been intentional. Do you know what the task said that sent you to that location?

    I'm looking for a Cave or Lair and a little yellow arrow icon points up in the compass. When I get back ingame I'll get back to you.

    Yes to the blue marker. The task is to enter the "Cave" or "Lair" and slay the Queen brown wolf spider. I'll be going back ingame & will get back to you & Alley Oop to report.

    Yeah, I went back to the Queens Lair (It's a lair, not within a cave) last night and slayed her. I must admit, however, that there is NO BUG, as I discovered I misinterpreted the moving of the compass icon. Devs, please mark this issue as resolved.
