    as a sidenote it would be applied to arrows it seems, not bows themselves - Im sure the hang up is the tech to make this work.

    It will work exactly like it does for other weapons. The hangup was that they didn't want it to apply on every arrow for Rapid Fire and Multi Shot.

    OK Now that ya'll have got poison on your ranged weapons, how is it? Worth pursuing? How is Ignite Weapon on ranged?

    Both are worthwhile because they add damage. Poison doesn't work against everything (like undead) and fire doesn't work against everything either.

    As a short-sword/dagger wielder (PVE)
    dual daggers (PVP)

    PVE
    1) Festering Death (Trolls, Elves, anything with good healing)
    2) Corpion (for pure damage if you are constantly hitting)
    3) Paralyzing
    4) Numbing
    5) Deadly
    6) Poison​
    7) Stinging

    PVP
    1) Distilled Dark Unicorn (almost forgot about this one)
    2) Festering Death
    3) Corpion
    4) Chaotic    ​
    5) Paralyzing
    6) Numbing
    7) Deadly
    8) Poison
    9) Stinging    ​

    Supposedly removes all positive magic buffs. I only bought one potion so not 100% certain. Not sure what drops the unicorn recipes, as I farmed everything for 2 weeks last month and didn't get a drop.
