Physical Items Poll

Let me say it this way: "It was correctly delivered to the wrong Continent".
(at least they all fall within the boundaries of EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Asia) regions)

 

I got mine, said it was from France via Texas, and then I went into my spam and noticed that I had received an email a week or two before.

 

Still no boxes for me in NY. I have heard of others in NY receiving theirs though.

 

Nothing. 0 of 3.

 

If my understanding of how the shipping was done is correct, I believe ALL the boxes were sent out on the 14th of August. If that is correct, and they weren't shipped in stages, then I think folks might want to reach out to support to inquire about their stuff. It's been three weeks and according to the USPS here in the States, International Bulk Media Mail can take up to two weeks.

The other suggestion I can offer to folks, is to email the guy who shipped out the games in France. Perhaps he might be able to provide more information. I can provide his address if people need.

 

I messaged support, hoping to get a response.

 

Let me know if you need the email address of the guy in France. I doubt there is really anything he can do, but if it were me I would exhaust all options. Especially if I was still waiting on THREE BOXES! Another reason why these things should have had tracking, but I digress...

 

Mine has arrived safely down here at the end of the world. Nice little set.

 

I got the boxed game. I actually cant even remember what all my physical rewards are, so I dont know if I got all of them, but I did get the game box.

Is my cloth map inside? I was thinking maybe Id never open the box, but then my other rewards are probably in there...

 

But tracking would have cost the amount of money Port made today from selling people CF Vendors

 

Regarding the issue of mislabeled boxes, it got properly escalated from support to the person responsible for the shipments.
We should see some movement next week when Port comes out of weekend.

 

I opened my box. Got my cloth map! And my certificates, ankh, challenge coin, install disk, early art/game notes book, sota instructions, and keyboard reference card.

I love that @Lord British signed the cloth map right underneath Storm's Reach! Heck yah its right next to my town .

 

I got 1 of my 2 boxes today (Australia). It was the slightly more basic pack for my friend. I think I purchased it directly through the website about a month after my own from Kickstarter.

Also still waiting, I should have only one coming. If they weren't all supposedly sent at once, I'd say it was because mine was from late 2015.

But last week I ordered some things on Amazon opting for the 10-day slow shipping, and they both showed up 2-3 days later. So go figure.

 

I received my second box today (2 of 2). The cloth map is beautiful and feels great.
