[Known] Resolution changes are not working.

    Title:Resolution changes are not working.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Kinda
    Details: When changing the ingame fullscreen resolution, it does not get changed at all. It always keeps the highest supported one.
    Steps to Reproduce: Start SotA (Linux) and change to lower reso.
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.14 Gentoo 2.6 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3960X CPU @ 3.30GHz (6) System RAM: 32116
    GPU: GeForce GTX 1080/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 8192
    SotA.Linux.64.847.Date.10.04.18
    Area: POT_forest_metropolis_01a_template/Aelasar's Forest
    Area Display Name: Aelasar's Forest
    Loc: (16.9, 38.0, 139.9)

    @Feeyo I'm not seeing this issue. Can you let me know which resolution you're trying to change it to and from which resolution?
