    I think one of the angry groups of people were calling the other angry group of people "deplorables" but beyond that I really wasn't paying attention. Maybe it's a reference to that?

    I wish politics could be kept out of the game. It's had enough attracting new players without intentionally offending the ones that are still here.

    The "Deplorable Archmage" was introduced into our assets in May of 2016. The term became famous in politics a few months later in September of 2016.
