Put soothing rain on non-combat bar. Summon a tamed pet. Target the pet. Cast soothing rain. See that sometimes, the pet's health and max health are greatly reduced. Use heal pet to raise the pet's health after this and the max health jumps back up to normal, but the current health is only healed the amount that the heal pet normally heals. So the result is the pet is still severly damaged. Quite a few more heal pets or other healing spells are required to get the pet's health bar back to normal. If you try to use soothing rain to heal the pet, the max health sometimes drops down to the severly reduced value just as before. The behavior doesn't happen every time. I could not duplicate this. Logged out and later in the day logged back in and tried it again. This time it failed. So, if I am patient, I can duplicate this.
