Bogman of Highvale Outskirts

Does anyone if the bogman is still in Highvale outskirts? The one where you get his arm and can then get the bogman club? I can't seem to find him in there.

things that spawn irregularly in random spots are much harder to find in scenes where they forced multi. not a fan. he's still there, i just went over and checked. right now he's on the south shore of the lake within sight of the kobold tent on the island.

 

Try to find the Bogman here:
North, North-East from the Fisherman’s Cabin [-63.9, 13.1, -277.4].

Tree House [-428.4, 65.3, 113.1], west from the Elven Warcamp.
