[Nevermind] 250 days rent past due for new lot claim

    Details: I bought a POT Row deed from the crown merchant and claimed a lot here in Rift's End - after claiming the lot, it is displaying as me owning 250 days of past-due rent, even though I just claimed the lot.
    Steps to Reproduce: Buy a POT row deed from the in-game crown store - claim a row lot - check housing UI.
