Title: Can't learn new pet skills

Details: The new pet skills are in the trainer's taming tree, but there isn't any gold cost associated with them. When you click to train the skill, you get a message in the chat box saying that the skill can't be learnt at this trainer. This usually indicates that the skills aren't hooked up yet. If you could train them at the trainer, there is a gold cost on the icon (even if you can't purchase the skill). If you click on a skill you haven't met the prerequisites for, you get a 'you haven't met the skill requirements message' in the chat box.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Go to an adventure trainer.
2) Train skills
3) Go to taming skills.
4) Notice that the new skills don't have a gold cost.
5) Click the sill, as if to trian it. Notice the message in the chat box.
