    Title: Shield of Crystal not changing casting state after purchase of reagents
    Reproduction Rate: Once so far

    Details: I went to Chillblain's for some fun. I inadvertently left all my mandrake at home and could not cast Shield of Crystal. The icon was greyed out. I bought some mandrake in Braemer. I should now able to cast Shield of Crystal as I had all the reagents, but it was still greyed out. I thought, "maybe it's because I'm in town." So I went back in to Chillblain's and the icon was still greyed out, and I couldn't cast it. Relogging solved the issue.
    Steps to Reproduce: Do not have all the components to cast a spell-- in this case Shield of Crystal, then acquire those components.
