upgrading deeds? How?

    I followed the player instruction guide and right clicked on my deed but it doesn't say anything about upgrades! Am I doing things wrong? Any advice? Or have things changed?

    The deed need to be in your inventory and right-click on it there. Not in the "Deeds" window.
