Pets on Empty Row Lot seem to be unable to patrol around

    Title: Pets on Empty Row Lot seem to be unable to patrol around

    Details: Pets placed on the new Empty Row Lot don't seem to be able to do a patrol, and path around the lot.
    Steps to Reproduce: Place a Empty Row Lot, add some decoration, add a pet and have it set to patrol. They stay in a set spot and never move around the lot.

    It is entirely possibly this area just does not have enough space for them to path? The location below has an example you can observe.

    I have a raven on an empty row lot and it does patrol around. Maybe something is blocking the pet on your lot?
