    Title: Miniature Fire Elemental Broken
    Reproduction Rate: unsure
    Blocker? unsure
    Details: Placed the Miniature Fire Elemental in my row lot and there is not a "pickup npc item to inventory" option like there is with other npc items. It's also constantly respawning and is very annoying.
    Steps to Reproduce: Place Miniature Fire Elemental in a home
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 2200G with Radeon Vega Graphics (4) System RAM: 16331
    GPU: Radeon RX 570 Series GPU RAM: 4076

    Update: someone who has access to my lot did have the option to "Pickup NPC item to inventory", but I did not. Not sure why

    I ran into the same issue.

    Man it's annoying. It just keeps respawning over and over!

    Reproduction Rate:100%? (Can't pick up to see if it does it again)

    Details: The miniature fire element will start respawning indefinately once placed as a decorative pet. At this point you cannot pick it up.
    Steps to Reproduce: Place a Miniature Fire Element in any player owned house (preferably your own if you don't want the owner to kill you.)

    Reproduction Rate: Not sure, can't dismiss or release it.
    Blocker? It is spamming so much have to turn sound off.
    Details: Same issues as the other 2 reports with the exception of I can try to dismiss the Fire Elemental and get the message on combat screen that says, You dismissed your pet[Minature Fire Elemental <Character Name>], Pet [Minature Fire Elemental <Character Name>] Ignored your command. The last line Ignored your command repeats 3 times per try.
    Steps to Reproduce: Place one.
