I seem bugged, 1 point of damage from Ignite Weapon

    Title: 1 point of damage from Ignite Weapon
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Not really
    Details: Not sure what's up with my character. Tool tip shows 1-1 damage for Ignite Weapon. When I cast it the tooltip under my name shows 6 damage, tooltip on mobs when affected shows 0-1 damage, and only does 1 damage every time. Ignite Weapon at 80, Fire Attunement at 65, Highly Flammable at 70

    Steps to Reproduce: I cast Ignite Weapon.

    I went on test, used item of unlearning to lower all water tree as low as I could, Ignite weapon was at 73 with 1-2 damage, increased to 90 now at 1-1 damage, that's also with increased attunement and Highly Flammable.
