Wand was salvaged instead of reshaped (lost item)

    Reproduction Rate: Unable to test without fear of losing more items ;)

    Details: 14:02 EST: I had a wand, wand pattern, and 3 wax on a carpentry table in my basement. As I was going to click on 'Craft', the game/UI hitched and my wand was salvaged instead. Because it hitched while I was moving/clicking the mouse, I do not know if it was caused by glitch (i.e. it salvaged the wand when I clicked 'Craft' to reshape) or if the hitch caused the mouse to actually click on 'Salvage' instead. Additionally, I would very much like to know if it is possible to recover this wand (it was a 1-mill wand I had just purchased).
