    add this to the Rewards Program
    14 day tax free reset =D like other tax free deeds it is 120 days or more =D
    but have it where players can still pre pay the 181 days worth of tax's =D

    Having an lot tax stipend ticket for 30 days of taxes on a PoT row lot (or equivalent amount of taxes on another lot) included with the Rewards program might be a cool idea.
