[Submitted - 67439] Password Reset - add password confirmation before allowing reset

    The password reset function on the website doesn't prompt the user to confirm their password a 2nd time when doing a reset.

    More details that help the devs understand the issue:

    When clicking the "lost your password" link on the website login screen, you are taken to a page that requests your email address with a captcha verification.

    The email sent takes you to a reset password page. This page has a field to create a new password, but has no second field to ensure that is was typed correctly.
