    Title: Ghost Conversationalist owner tag reflects lot owner not item owner

    Details: If another player has permission to place items on a lot, the owner tag for the Conversationalist NPC is set to the name of the property owner, not the character who placed it.
    Steps to Reproduce:Give another character permissions to your lot, and have them place the ghost conversationalist NPC - it will show the owner as the Lot owner, not the item owner.

    BUT now to answer this in the true context haha... yes, perhaps this is behaving just like the other NPCs like the Practice Dummy are working. Wizardsmoke is wanting to look into this, but I just needed to verify it's the case for all of the Inky NPCs.

    practice dummies (and the new archery butts) are actually the only deco pets owner tags do NOT show for.
