[Fixed 68595] Captain Steel and Lady Ransom still have sleep schedules but are Main Quest

    Title: Captain Steel and Lady Ransom still have sleep schedules but are Main Quest Characters
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: There are still 2 npc's that are part of the Path of Truth Main Quest that are still on sleep schedules. These are Captain Steel and Lady Ransom, in Etceter.
    Steps to Reproduce: With a quest reset, follow the Path of Truth questline to Book Passage to Xenos and enter Etceter at Midnight. Observe that Captain Steel and Lady Ransom are sleeping at this time.

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit

    It's OK if quest characters have sleep schedules, but not if the schedule sends them too far away from their "work" location. For example, a character that works downstairs but goes upstairs in the same building when off-duty is an acceptable schedule change. However, I recall these two NPCs that you mentioned have schedules that send them too far from their main location, so I'll make a change to fix that. Issue #68595

    As of build 1127 Captain Steel stays at the docks at midnight. Lady Ransom does go to sleep at midnight however. Is that intended behavior?

    Yes, that's intended.

    Captain Steel no longer leaves the docks. The good captain walks a very short path on the docks while emoting.

    Lady Ransom will go upstairs to bed at midnight. The time she spends upstairs is much shorter than before, and the area upstairs she's allowed to walk around in is much smaller than before (essentially, her room and the hall just outside her room).
